Product Manager, AI Platform
Own the roadmap for the internal AI platform that powers support, sales and operations tools.
About the role
You will own discovery and delivery for our AI platform: retrieval-augmented support assistants, document understanding and workflow automation used by teams across the company.
You will work with engineering, data science and business owners to decide what to build, define success metrics, and get features from prototype to production.
What you'll need
- 4+ years in product management, at least 1 year on ML or data products
- Comfortable reading model evaluation results and making launch calls from them
- Strong written communication: PRDs, decision memos, stakeholder updates
- Experience with B2B or internal platform products is a plus
